The Northern Trail offers you 20 days full of adventure! You’ll be traveling from New York City to L.A., passing major US cities, charming towns as well as National Parks left and right. Some of the tour highlights include Niagara Falls, Chicago, Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone National Park, Jackson, and San Francisco.

For those who want to enjoy the tour to the fullest, there are even more optional extras to add on (museums, cruises, sports games, etc.).
4. Southern Sun
- 21 days
- from $3,336
Just as the Northern Trail, the Southern Sun multi-day tour starts in New York City and ends in Los Angeles. The difference here is the route. While the Northern Trail as it name implies takes you more north, the Southern Sun multi-day tour will hit cities like Nashville, New Orleans, Austin, and Las Vegas and also make stops at parks like Monument Valley and Grand Canyon National Park. My highlight along this route is Nashville.
If you have 3 weeks in the US, it’ll be very tough to choose between the two multi-day tours. Personally, I would take the Southern Sun tour during the colder months and the Northern Trail Tour during the warmer months, as I do not handle cold temperatures very well!
