The Tribeca Grill

The Tribeca Grill, as the name implies, is located in the beautiful, but often forgotten by tourists, Tribeca neighborhood (Downtown). It’s the perfect place for a special dinner, lunch or brunch. The Tribeca Grill has it all.

The Best Location For a Special Evening

In New York City, the Tribeca Grill is considered one of the best restaurants for good wine and good food. The service is great and the reputation of the restaurant by co-owned by Robert De Niro is hard to beat. We decided to check this place out because of all the good things we’ve heard about it. It obviously was a very good idea and definitely a restaurant we would come back to.

Great Wines and Good Eats

In addition to the very good wine list (you’ll see the whole book full of wines to choose from), their menu is exceptional as well. From the perfectly cooked steaks, salads, great desserts and home-baked bread you get everything here.

Of course, good eats and great drinks in an expensive area comes with a huge price. Literally. It’s definitely not cheap here at The Tribeca Grill. It’s definitely not a restaurant in which you’ll go to every day, unless you had the budget for it. At the end of the evening, after a three-course meal including wine, we had about $350 on the bill (not including the tip). However, every dollar spent here was well worth it.

Celebrity Sightings at The Tribeca Grill

The good service at the Tribeca Grill is immediately noticeable. Obviously that’s how restaurant service should be right? Despite the exclusive vibe the restaurant gives out, it is by no means boring and stuffy. The team is young and the guests are represented in all age groups. Because of it’s celebrity co-owner in Robert De Niro, celebrity sightings here is pretty common.
