When is the best time to buy the FLEX Pass?

The FLEX Pass is also flexible as far as the date of purchase is concerned. In principle, you can buy it up to one year before the first use; the 60-day period to use the pass only starts when you visit the first attraction, not when you buy it. Do I have to book the attractions in advance?

No, this is usually not necessary. You just need to go to the attraction with your Sightseeing FLEX Pass and then receive a ticket.
