    On Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., you can visit Cucina Alba for brunch. From decadent Italian dishes to classic cocktails, brunch here is a true Italian experience. Among the items on the brunch menu are Eggs Florentine. These are poached eggs served with spinach, polenta and guanciale (Italian bacon). For those with a sweet tooth, the crespelles may be a highlight. They are served with a chocolate hazelnut cream, ricotta and delicious gelato!

I’m a big fan of breakfast sandwiches, so I usually opt for the Fried Egg Sandwich, but the Heirloom Tomato Toast is not far behind. So, whether you’re seated inside or on their charming patio, it’s undeniably one of the best brunch spots in Chelsea, NYC.

    When the craving for brunch hits after exploring Chelsea’s galleries, Cookshop is an excellent option. Serving their brunch menu from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm on weekends, this modern American eatery has a beautifully illuminated interior and is a must-visit.

    One of the things I like most is that their delicious dishes are as diverse as the city itself. Cookshop offers everything from their signature Cookshop Egg Sandwich to sweet treats and pastries like Beignets filled with DiPalo’s ricotta and blueberry jam. And if you’re feeling extra adventurous, do yourself a favor and try the chicken liver mousse – though it sounds weird – I promise it’s out of this world!
    Fair warning, securing a seat can be difficult due to its popularity, so make reservations in advance. While this is inconvenient, I’ll be the first to say that you haven’t truly brunched Chelsea without a visit to Cookshop!

And while you might find yourself torn between the four-cheese lasagna and the French toast like me, you really can’t go wrong at this restaurant.
