Winter in New York City is just great, and when the snow covers the parks and streets, there is a very special atmosphere that I enjoy every time I am there. Just outside of New York City, there are really nice winter weekend getaways that I strongly recommend experiencing.

If your travel schedule allows it, you should definitely check them out.
