After your visit at the Museum of National History, or Central Park, this spot is perfect for a quick healthy lunch or dinner. There are many options on Columbus Avenue but this restaurant is a place we highly recommend. So make sure to skip the way too expensive café inside the museum and make sure to walk over to Spring Natural Kitchen.
Spring Natural Kitchen: Healthy options
With a great menu that offers gluten-free and vegan options, delicious burgers, fries, but also amazing salads, the whole family will be happy to eat here. The menu is overall health-conscious and covers all the bases with decent choices that really work for everyone. The restaurant exists since the 60’s and has been one of the best places to eat “clean” in the area every since.
There’s another location in NolIta that we haven’t tried yet, but we heard that it’s a place to go to as well.
