The June Kelly Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 1987 within NYC’s historic Soho district. This gallery specializes in contemporary sculptures, paintings, photography, and drawings while representing works from a diverse group of established, mid-career, and emerging artists, many of whom have already achieved international acclaim and recognition.

In the past, exhibitions displayed by the June Kelly Gallery have received numerous art world publication reviews from companies such as The New York Times, Art in America, and Sculpture Magazine. Such publications have not only profiled represented artists but have also featured the gallery on the cover.
The June Kelly Gallery also helps corporations, entities, and individuals build artwork collections that best represent their personal aesthetic preferences. The gallery also prides itself on being able to connect with many resources to find museum-quality works produced by masters from past eras and modern contemporary artists. They work to publish the catalogs of artists who are placed in libraries and other learning institutions.
The gallery was accepted into the Art Dealers Association of America in 1996, and June Kelly, the director, is on the Board of Trustees for the Fine Arts Work Center and Pratt Institute. She’s also an esteemed member of the ArtTable and Women’s Forum. For the past decade, the June Kelly Gallery has exhibited at Art Chicago, the ADAA Art Fair, and others.
It’s worth mentioning that before June Kelly opened her own gallery, she spent 13 years managing the career of artist Romare Bearden. During this time, she gained a great deal of experience with exhibiting in Europe and America, as she used to negotiate public art commissions and arrange touring exhibitions.

What can you do after visiting June Kelly?
If you want to visit more art galleries, I recommend the Brooke Alexander Gallery, Eden Gallery, LIK Fine Art Soho or Jeffrey Deitch. If not, you can go to one of the many great restaurants in SoHo. Two of my favorites are Little Prince, Antique Garage and The Dutch, both a few blocks away.
