The Hotel Hugo New York in SoHo (south of Houston Street) is now open. It is located in lower Manhattan, between the West Village, Nolita, and Tribeca. This small city district near the Holland Tunnel is called “Hudson Square”. One World Trade Center is also within walking distance. In addition to the hotel, the property also includes a wonderful Italian restaurant “Il Principe” and a rooftop bar, the “Hugo Bar”.

The hotel was designed by architect Marcello Pozzi and is a successful combination of industrial design and fine art. I personally find it extremely well done – especially since it includes a rooftop lounge on the top floor! Guest rooms feature a loft style. If you are hungry, the Italian restaurant in the Hotel Hugo should be your first choice!
