This New York bar brings together sports and a great neighborhood feel! The wait for a table is typically no longer than 20 minutes even though the size of the restaurant in Harlem is medium. They also have bar seating where you can enjoy your food and drinks. When it’s warm outside, they have additional seating on the sidewalk as well. We love the vibe here when it’s warm because they open up the windows and it makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The drink selection includes a variety of craft beers that are always being rotated on draft and a handful of mixed cocktails named after the owners daughters. (The Adeline is one of the best!) We love this Harlem sports bar because it is a great place to stop by for a quick drink or hang out at for the afternoon to watch sports games!
Harlem Tavern is one of the best Harlem sports bars because of their large TVs and outdoor beer garden. It is also spacious and has that comfortable urban bar feel when you walk in. Just blocks from Central Park, they offer outdoor and indoor communal tables as well as smaller tables for a more intimate sitting. They also offer a diverse food and drink selection along with a kids menu.In the Winter, the outdoor communal tables are enclosed in a heated area, but in the Spring/Summer it turns into a large patio. What makes this spot great in the warmer weather is that many of the tables are in the outdoor space along with their biggest outdoor TV screen. It’s an amazing place to watch a sports game with a group of people while soaking up the sun!
