The Statue of Liberty is one of the most popular landmarks in New York City. If you want to get up close and personal with Lady Liberty and take stunning pictures of the surrounding Hudson River while the sun sets, then the 1-hour Statue of Liberty sunset cruise is for you. Starting in Lower Manhattan, you’ll leave the One World Trade Center and the amazing Manhattan Skyline behind you to explore the Hudson and cruise around the Statue of Liberty for the evening.
Highlights of the Sunset Cruise to the Statue of Liberty
When you are standing on the deck of the boat, watching the sun setting and as you look at the amazing NYC skyline, you will have to pinch yourself to realize you are actually witnessing this magical moment. At twilight, the sights of New York are even more impressive! Sipping on a glass of champagne (included within the price), you will ride along the East River towards the Statue of Liberty. The boat will circle around so you’re able to get the perfect photo opportunity of the famous landmark. You will then head back towards Brooklyn Bridge. You’ll be able to see Manhattan on one side, and Brooklyn on the other. You’ll also be able to see the Manhattan skyline and Governor’s Island which are spectacular views you won’t forget anytime soon. This cruise is appropriate for all ages and should not be missed!
