Blank Slate NYC – Coffee + Kitchen
Blank Slate NYC isn’t your typical coffee shop. Located in Midtown on Madison Ave. and 31st Sreet, this cafe is on another level. Once you walk into the shop, you start to realize this is a special place. They have abundant choices for breakfast and the aesthetic is pleasing to the eye.
The Atmosphere at Blank Slate NYC
This upscale coffee shop was pretty busy when we decided to check them out. Seats and tables are lined up against the wall as well as a communal table near the center of the shop. As you walk in, there is a “grab-and-go” section filled with different drinks and snacks. The black and green tones gives the restaurant a nice touch.
Our Breakfast
As mentioned before, Blank Slate NYC has a good selection in their menu. We ordered their avocado toast, breakfast bowl, their bacon scramble and the delicious waffle. The ingredients are fresh and you can tell that it is of high quality. To see more of their menu please visit their website here.
